use.
Duet class cards expire 6 months after first use.
Mat-Work Class Cards

Group Reformer Class Cards
Group Reformer class cards expires 6 months after
first use.
Cardio Class Cards
Cardio Class cards expire 6 months after first use.
Tower/Chair Class Cards
Tower/Chair class cards expire 6 months after first
use.
- Please make sure you know the expiration date of the card purchased.
Any remaining credit will not be valid after the expiration date.
- Class
cards cannot be shared and are not transferable.
- We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for Private and
Duet Sessions as well as Group Reformer and Cardio-Pilates and 10 hours for all other group classes. No shows will be charged.
