BodyMind Pilates Clients:

 

Remeber that you can earn free classes when you bring your friends to the studio and they sign up for a term. We will treat them to their first class.

Class Description:

Yoga Level I:

• Beginners of all ages welcomed.
• Emphasis on detailed instruction, basic alignment and standing poses.
• Build strength and flexibility.
• Relax and breathe. 

Group Reformer class:

* Small group of 3 exercising on the Reformer machine at a great price.

* Schedule more sessions per week  and therefore achieve your BodyMind goals faster.

* Beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.

Cardio-Pilates:

* Strengthen your core at the same time you do cardiovascular work.

* Ideal for those with injured/sensitive knees, hips and backs beacuse of minimum impact.(Performed on the reformer lying down on the back and/or sides)

* Perfect for those who wish to loose or keep off extra pounds.

* Intermediate to advanced levels.

"Cardio-Pilates gives me a similar feeling than when I run but without the pain in my knees. Additionally, it gives me the abdominal work I never got done before".

Mat-work I-II:

* Suitable for beginners and/or those new to Pilates.

* Emphasis on the Pilates principles of alignment, breathing, awareness, concentration and Stamina

* Small equipment like rollers, rings, weighted balls and Pilates' balls will be used to enhance the mat and standing exercises.

Mat-work II-III:

* Is most suitable for students that have completed at least 10 level I classes or that have the approval of an instructor.

*  You will practice more of the Classical mat work exercises as well as more contemporary ones to give your body a balanced and very challenging workout.

* A greater focus on achieving perfect form and flow through chains of movement.

Community Pilates:

* Our way to give back to the community!

* Suitable for beginner and moderate intermediate levels.

* FREE of charge to all of those who want to discover the benefits of practicing Pilates.

* Bring your own mat.
